Dr. Lisa Bellamy Fluker specializes in cutting edge consulting, executive coaching, personal and professional development, and instructional technology for government, non-profit, and educational institutions. Dr. Fluker is an expert in Organizational Development & Growth, with a master’s in organizational leadership (MSOL) from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Ct, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership & Management from Capella University.

          Dr. Fluker is a community education advocate, with a passion for learning. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner, with a certification in the  EQi 2.0 assessment tool. With over 29 years in education, Dr. Fluker desires to impact learning at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels, by offering a customized curriculum grounded in the evidenced-based Social Emotional Learning competencies, but is differentiated by adding three key behavioral competencies that are critical to leaders, teachers and students. The competencies highlighted in this educational series also address social-emotional learning deficits through the equity lens.  She has over twenty-nine years of experience as a educational supplier in professional development training at all levels within various local, state and federal entities.  Her expertise is expanded by extensive exposure in educational learning methodologies. Dr. Fluker is dedicated to elevating education for educational institutions, and Local Education Agencies globally.
